Cascade Lake Backpack
June 24, 2017 - June 25, 2017
We will meet near Syracuse to carpool. From the Cascade Lake parking area located in our Chapter’s adopted Pigeon Lake Wilderness, we will backpack in and set up camp at the meadow campsite on the north shore of the lake near a sandy beach surrounded by White pines. We plan to hike the loop trail around Cascade Lake including diverse forests and a cool waterfall near the lake’s inlet.
